youth players - for DB specialists

i started a season in manager mode with man utd, in the youth section i saw a player called eduard carruthers, i sarted a another seaon with man utd, still he's there, same name, means it's not randomally,

to make sure i started another season with other team and she wasn't there, means that player is only in man utd's youth,

i want to know how can i created a player and decide which youth team will she belong to?

(i tried to find carruthers's id in table_teamplayerlinks and it wasn't there)
