From reading threads of the type of games you people play is understandable why you guys are getting bored.

I get games with replay value or that can be play Online. I've only bought 5 games this year and a few rentals.

Halo 2
Fifa 2005
Final Fantasy XI
Tom Clancy: Splinter Cell
Burnout: 3 takedown

Meh, Im not bored at all of games yet, although my interests only go as far as FM and strategy games. i think Im still interested in games cause I never played much on a day and I got my first PC in 1999, which is pretty late.

QuickSilver: Does FIFA have any replay value then? Does it even have play value?

I'm a bit bored by games too. In the past year I played GTS San Andreas and PES4, and that was it.
Thing is, when you work full time there's not much time to play games. And I'm not even married yet! I wonder what'll happen if I have children [probably do what my other friends do: buy an Xbox for the kids].

The only games I played so far that didn't get boring were Fifa 99(the best fifa of the lot) which I still play now and then, PES 4, Civilization II and CM 03/04. Even FM which I play(ed) quite frequently has become a bit boring although I think I'll play that in a few months again.

Tom Clancy games are mind-numbing, and I owned Halo 2 within a couple of days on one of the harder difficulties. As for Burnout, where's the replay value in smashing cars toghether.

I've been thinking about picking up Elders Scrolls Morrowind. I never got around to this game for some reason. I hear it keeps you real busy, though.

more than enough. If u are into role playing games that is. To me the lack of basic plot and the endless little stuff here and there just made it boring.

Offline, those games have no replay value. That was my point.

Who said anything about 'online'? That's not what we were talking about. And of course online enabled games have replay value, it's not rocket sciene.
