Zmodeler to Rhino?

How can i export a file to rhino with zmodeler? I have a zmodeler file that u saved through a .oif. I want to put it back to oif but i always got an error when i try to export. So the only solution i see is to put in Rhino and then use the upcoming Stadium Builder to put back on .oif. But the problem is that everytime i export to .3ds in zmodeler when i open in Rhino it always show me just the part1. Whta's the problem? How i export the whole stadium to .3ds?
