I think they gave credit to CR7 for the goal.

Pirlo and Seedorf could have scored. But ur midfield was key in this victory, khedira and alonso have brought stability to ur game.

and that is not considering that, at the Champions League contender level, Milan's defensive options can generally be considered 'crap'; and doubly so when their best defender (Thiago Silva) is out injured, requiring a hitherto right back to take up a central position (and effectively score an own goal) in a makeshift defence ...
and on the defensive side for you guys, Ronaldinho hardly created anything for Zlatan and Pato, who were pretty much starved of any real service; Seedorf was the only one who Ronnie managed to send through clean on goal, but the former Madridista did you guys a favour by taking ages to line up the shot, before firing over with his weaker foot ...
when Prince and Robinho[od] were on, the game suddenly changed pace, and Milan looked threatening on several occasions within a short space of time; and I think if they had been started (as they should have been; well at least Prince should have been), the complexion of the match would have been completely different ... still, Casillas wasn't untroubled: he did brilliantly to save Pirlo's freekick and Robinho's shot to ensure that the 2 fortunate first half goals banked 3 points ...
you guys were the better team by far, and deservedly won ... but without those 2 pieces of fortune charitably donated by Milan, the tune of the tale would be completely different -- and that is not what you should be saying at the end of a satisfying display ...
and for the record: the possession was 51-49 ...
