I found what the error was. You need to remove 2 lines from each tournament that have INTERCUP. CM16 saves 2 settings related to the calendar in settings.txt which causes a crash.

I tried this and it did not fix the problem...stilled crashed when it got to the start month and when I checked the calendar no match was created for the tournament.

Links should still be active. @fifayoun still hasn't gotten back to me about the national anthem soundbank. 3 sound clips are not playing & I don't know how to hexedit the soundbank to point them to the correct team ID.
