Mourinho would know how to make him a regular and Great Player, a move to Chelsea would be great for him.

Joaquin will go to Chelsea in June. The deal was agreed in November - €40 million to be paid over two years. Four year contract. He'll be on €6 million a year plus bonuses.

The Betis president is trying to make out that he will not sell Joaquin to placate the fans after last weekend's derby loss.

Joaquin is really irregular he only plays well most of the times for the Spanish NT.

Betis' president said Joaquin is staying at Betis and is playing against Sevilla (at the game back at Betis' half-stadium)

Seriously this is getting out of hand. I hope if we sign him he stays the rest of the season in Spain and comes in the off-season like Cech and Robben did.

well, that's kind of the way it goes with Chelsea. They pay more than what a player's actually worth, then it might inflate other players' prices. On the other hand, smaller clubs are now getting more money to strengthen their teams. It's kinda weird:confused:

but 29 million is just silly for Joaquin:kader:

yeah, 45 million euros for Joaquin is an unbelievable.

Real Madrid might offer half off that this summer if he is still available. ;)
