if i can use this faces in fifa 08 can you create the face for Ozil, Callejon, Romelu Lukaku, Neuer, Aly Cissoko, Hulk and Thomas Muller

you can use if u change face texture size as 512X256.
and oh man......
how many time should i answer same things over and over again?

do like this.

drag and drop face file to fshtool.exe. face file is like this->t21__xxxxxx_0_0.fsh
then u can see 0000.bmp
use graphic editer and then make it as double size. as 512x256 right?
then use FshEd. file-open-t21__xxxxxx_0_0.fsh
then selct object-edit-new. bring your new bmp file which you've made it as 512x256. then update and save.

and i will send files. check PM later.
