08 boot deluxe prob

i am trying to use 08 boot deluxe to import some boots, these are my steps

1. Load the bmp file into the first box
2. Type 119 in the free id spot of the first box
3. Press Import, says its succesful
4. delete my squads

but the boot never shows up in game, i was wondering if i did something wrong, i did it once and it worked, but it hasn't worked again.

i figured it out! i have vista and i guess last time i ran it as an administrator.

well if you download boot deluxe it comes with alot of keegan's boots, but if you want more you'll have to go through these threads and save the boot images as .bmp files to import with 08 boot deluxe.

other than that you'll have to ask the two artist(keegan and mjacoz) if they can upload their packs somewhere else, because i don't have permission to do that.
