There is always good old wikipedia. They have transfer lists for all the big leagues and detailed pre-season information (including transfers, of course) for the teams within those leagues.
i used that website first but the problem is only the best clubs are completely up to date.

alright guys im done with this forum.
i asked my last question here & again i get no response, as usual.
i have many thread w/ questions asked & i see many people have
looked at the thread & its hard to believe that no one has anything
to say.
it seems as the only time people respond to any thread is if there
is something in the thread for them to download.
i have answered may support questions & given things to the forum
& never get anything in return, as usual.
so unfortunately i will not be releasing the update i have 70% finished.
& i will not be uploading it to any site pertaining to fifa as i get nothing
from them as well, even if i give something.
people get tired of giving & never receiving anything in return.
to the kit makers of kits & minis i havent made thanks & i appreciate it.
cant say much for patches as i have asked multiple times for them or to
make them, since it takes 2 seconds to create in cm09 & got nothing, as usual.
