10 questions to the experts (PS2 vs. WE7/PES3)

would like ask the experts here whether some of the following issues which are in PES2 have been addressed in WE7 or will likely have been addressed in the upcoming PES3

1) How would you say the overall speed compares to PES2. Is it faster/same/ slower (i am talking highest gaming levels here)

2) do receiving players finally pro-actively run towards the ball, or do they still dumbly stand around or stubbornly run in their direction and watch the CPU intercept it?

3) do (especially minor) players which are close to the sidelines still run the ball out of bounds even though you turn the stick like crazy in the opposing direction?

4) is there still the same excessive use of CPU wingers doing their silly 180 degree trick?

5) how does the CPU attack on high levels? in PES2 it's mostly pixel-perfect long ball down midfield... pixel-perfect header and they are in your box. What i want to know is whether there is a little more "building-up" in WE7, or whether we have the same high-speed, 3-timer, crazy CPU attacking footie (on Level 4 or MLX)

6) Are the defensive CPU players still always magically faster than my attackers?

7) Are the stats of the players as over-exaggerated as they are in PES2?

8) How are the referees? Still annoyingly biased towards the CPU?

9) Free-Kick: do i finally have a little more liberty here (as for doing a fake with one or two other players, defining the length of my run asf)

10) Replays: can you finally replay/save any game situation, or still just goals?

would have more questions of course, but i think that's enough for starters.

thanks ahead

1. Feels slightly slower, although still too quick compared to a proper international or Champions League game.
2. Stand around and watch, as usual.
3. Haven't really noticed it happen.
4. Yes, definitely. In fact, I think it happens more than in WE6 FE, which is saying something. Incredibly annoying...
5. Depends on the team... the best teams will build up play more than in PES2/WE6 FE, the rest will just lump it upfield as usual. The CPU goals still tend to be quite scrappy though.
6. Yes.
7. Some players are over-rated, some are under-rated. Konami haven't got the faintest idea about stats.
8. Yes.
9. No, the freekicks are the same.
10. You can replay/save any situation, although you've got to be very quick when it comes to viewing missed chances.

exactly what he said :)

i think there has been quite a few let downs in this game unfortunately, couldnt have been so much better. thing that annoy me one of the most is the fact terry henry can get caught by some fat slow defender :f***:
