2 questions about editing stadiums & menu. :)

H1 everybody!
I have 2 questions. I have finished my new stadium for FIFA 07, but it's on .3dm format & I can't convert it to .o file. Can somebody tell me how to convert stadiums and with which program I can convert stadiums.
My second question is about the menu in the game. How to edit that black & grey in the menu? I mean that Over Match Facts in THIS time.
I'll be very pleased.
