2002 FIFA World Cup - is it better then the demo sh*t?

I don't like the world cup demo, but for anyone who has the final game, can you tell me if it's better or not, it would be simpler to answer the poll I guess, or go into more detail replying, thanks!

OK. Here is my sincere opinion. The game itself is not bad. It is better than FIFA2002. Better player's faces, better stadiums, and a little bit better gameplay. But the gameplay itself has not changed from the demo. The game itself is rather short. After winning the World Cup, you get All-Stars team you can play with. But as far as option is concern, there is not a whole lot. You get friendlies and WC mode. There is team management where you can set the team formation and starting lineup and reserves. BUt there is no CREATION CENTRE, you can't edit teams or players' stats or appearance. There is not even an option to see the teams kit except ingame. So as far as editing goes for the PC version, you are in tough luck. Better ask Chau to make FED compatible with WC2002. Overall the whole package is not as good as FIFA2002. But if you have money to spend and have no other choice except FIFA, than by all means get the game. I wouldn't get it just for the faces or the stadiums, because those can be converted for FIFA2002.

yes it is. the cinematics are way much better than the socceraccess self-edited cinematics. And there are laser shows(dunnoe how to say that) at startup during the night. It's worth every cent. moreover, each team have at least 50-60 players in their rosters, so almost all of the players (except brazil, i think, bcoz marcelinho is not there, but there is still 50-60 players!) u expected to choose is there.

I was actually considering buying this shyte game even after I found out about the flaming balls and super lightning headers
and even after i found out the german uniform infact wasn't the real jersey as stated by those EA bastards (all WC kits)

but now that I find out there is no creation center, that has absolutely deterred me from buying this game (I was hoping to add Holland in the game)

Initially I thought this game merited my $2.00 for a pirated copy in Chinatown but I don't even think that is cheap enough in comparision to the amount of fustration I will have with the gameplay etc.

All you PS2 owners should mod your console so it can play japanese games because its WE only for me now

EA has certainly lost one loyal customer for 5 years now (never bought a pirated FIFA game), let's hope more will follow so EA will learn their lesson and actually put some effort in making a football game
