2003 Looks like the same old Crud

Just watched the video... I am not impressed. It all looks scripted.

Maybe it'll be a bit better than 2002 (buggy piece of crap) but I have zero faith in it being a quality game until it is completely redone.

These promo videos never really impress me either...all they basically do is display how nice the graphics will be. What I want to see is videos of actual in-game footage from like the tower or sideline cam..

i agree the game will be on stores in about 2 months and they are just showig us dam movies of a intro or whatever.

this void of information its geting on my nerves.
the only information is the one that matt gave us and its not very nice, becouse i think with this free kick method its very hard to use and it problably takes to long time to aim set your strength and angle. i have a friend that when we play 1on1 he takes forever to shot the free kick, with this method i think i will not make one free kick or he will take the 45 minutes" a litle bit up now left noo... maybe down rigth...hum...." duhhh.

Yeah, I agree. Those vids show nothing about the gameplay.

i think the time will be stopped during free kicks and throw ins.. no?

Oh, i think i played a game which enables users to freeze time when the ball goes out of play. It was fifa 98? Can't remember.

Just watched the video myself and to be honest it looks like the same ol' scripted game we have come to expect from EA.. guess time will tell but i aint holding my breath
