He would be playing for Parma or Lazio. Inter has too many strikers and barca can't play him, they have the 3 non EU player that La Liga allows.

Yeah but it doesnt need to be now. Maybe in the future, i mean, Vieri is going to retire in 2 or 3 seasons i think, and Recoba is more of a midfielder.

Moratti will NEVER part with Recoba. Hes his favourite Inter player, and hell never sell him until he proves hes a world class player (will never happen).

Anyways, i hope Tevez comes to serie A, but the way things have gone recently, hell go to spain or england (league doesnt suit him AT ALL).

EDIT: just found out that Argentina will be playing next week in WC qualifying with Peru, MADONN"!!! the core of this team has pretty much been together for the whole summer. The team morale on this team must be HUGE, i fear Argentina for WC 06'

Please don't say that, look at what happened in WC 2002...everyone thought we were favorites and we were eliminated in the first round...for now, this win is only a small breath of air for Bielsa, but if he does not remain constant and win the next world cup he will definitely be fired...and all the admiration that we have today for these young players will be gone if they don't bring back the Trophy in '06...

for now I prefer to not get my hopes up, and just think of this victory as a small prize for the hard work of these young players and coaching staff...but nothing else...the real test will be in '06

No, im gonna say it. This team of young players have been amazing all summer. They were the best team at Copa America, and were robbed by Brazil, and than they simply destroyed everybody at olympics. When you add guys like Samuel, Aimar, Crespo and Zanetti to this team, its scary. Once again, Argentina are really the team to beat at the moment, take that;)
