Download CM07
Install it to any directory
Then open CM07 and go to Patch menu and select Load
Browse to the .cmp file and select it and you're done.

Do these patches work for UCL 06/07? Have they been tested? Or do they just work for FIFA 07? (My apologies if the answer is obvious but I have never used CM07 and never patched my game of UCL 06/07 except with my own minor .ini tweaks and don't want to screw it up)
