he won't have to crumble. he won't have time to learn the playbook to be effective. I love how all these experts are saying "ah it's okay he'll learn 50% of it by the first game it will be okay." really? so the facilitator of your offense knows half the plays and that doesn't limit your offense? also, he's a whiny bitch.

I'm so glad football is back. Time to put last season behind, and more forward. I didn't get to see the Pats game against the Ravens, but from what I heard Jerod Mayo played really well. He tackled Ray Rice out of his helmet. He looks like he has great potential. Also Matt Cassell needs to be cut. Right now. I'm still hopeful that Chad Carlos*son will turn it around, but he still looks like a bust.

As far as Favre goes, I'm partial to him. I think he made a serious mistake by getting traded to the Jets. They're pretty ****ty, and he's not gonna be much of an improvement if any. I haven't even followed the offseason much, but I was already sick of tuning into ESPN and hearing about him being fickle. That went on for months if I recall correctly. Well, he got what he wanted, and I think after a few games they're gonna realize that as God-like people made him out to be, their team will still suck.

I already have Week 2 marked on my calendar. That's when we not only make our triumphant return to the Meadowlands, that is also when we will put up a 55 spot on the Jets. Yes, that's right, we will run up the score on those punks that tried to snitch on us last year. The NFL needs a heel team, and ladies and gentlemen, we have one in the New England Patriots. Misinterpreting the rules, the sense of entitlement, and the mere fact that Boston is the hub of the motherf*cking universe is evidence enough for the rest of the world to hate us. All I'm saying is BRING IT ON!

Oh, and as an added bonus, we will finish the season with our fourth Lombardi Trophy, and yet another rambling, incoherent victory speech by a clearly sh*tfaced Bob Kraft.

I'm gonna go insane because our window of opportunity to win a SB is shrinking by the minute. We won't have this talented of a team for much longer specially since injuries were what killed us in the postseason last year with our RB,QB, and TE all being seriously hampered.

Watch out mofo's, that's all I'm saying.

Guys, I just created a private league on nfl.com for us, and heres the important info y'all need to join:

League: SG League
Password: furryferret

The draft is on August 29 at 7 PM Eastern time. Yes, I'm pretty sure that the time and possibly even the date is going to be unworkable for some of us, but I had to take what I could get (there were no times available for the 30th or the 31st).

Yeah, but everybody has an account on yahoo, I don't know one person who has an nfl.com fantasy account.

Alright, I slept on it, and I've decided that you can start our league on Yahoo, and I'll just let the one on nfl.com fade away. As you said, nearly everyone's familiar w/ Yahoo, and it would have been a pain in the rear trying to conscript 11 others who didn't already have accounts.

PS: Actually, Tez did play on nfl.com last season, but he wasn't in the same league as me.

Meh, he just wants to be able to wear Ocho Cinco on his jersey without the league being able to stop him. If he gets traded he'll just change it again...

So the Pats signed John Lynch earlier, and now he was cut. After the 53 man roster trimming. Big WTF considering he seemed solid in the pre season games. I wonder who they're trying to sign instead of him. Hmm.
