Try to relaunch the game, it should work.
It's wierd though, that fix should've solved the mandela problem.

I download from megaupload, i have windows 7 64-bit and i have fifa 10 i have fix for black truf and for windows 64 bit. When i run yours mod i se the menu and i can do everything. When i go to some match i have bug and it back to windows. Sory for my bad english.

Mode is great but ... Graphicks are awful(when camera closes into player faces,C Ronaldo best example),there is no WAKA,WAKA song, i cant change resolution(i tried fix it is same),there is no vuvuzela sound on stadiums...Evrything alse is awesome.
