I mean it s good for you to work with versions...
I have a friend who made the EURO 2012 patch for FIFA 11, he made patch for PES 6 and PES 2010...
Always he working with versions for the patches..
version 1= update database and kits and save the version 1 in folder...
version 2= add new faces and test them if they look good and if they are working and save the version 2 in other folder...
version 3= add new graphics like menu, adboards, turf etc and test them if they were good and if they are working and save version 3 in other folder...
version 4= add new teams...
If some version has a problem he could go to the preview patch version...
It is the best method for patches...
With your first patch (before January)i didn't have any problems and crashes in Career mode...
