I have a problem with the commentary of the game, I use commentary in Mexican Spanish, but the game does not work if I install the comment
Any chance of using commentary fifa 14 game?

you mean the English commentary at Mexican Spanish ingame language?

or Mexican Spanish commentary...
& downloaded it separately (fifa 11 compatible)?


if the Mexican Spanish commentary don't appear ingame:
you need to enable it,

open \fifa 11\game\locale.ini
change "AVAILABLE_COMMENTARY_LANG_9 = spa,mx"

and be sure you have file:
FIFA 11\Game\data\db\fifa_ng_db.db
FIFA 11\Game\data\db\fifa_ng_db.xml

or try the FIFA 11 RELOADED version
(+ea patch 1.01)

@Tokke: after you install your patch, but before you apply the selector (so updated team), to you, fifa work? because i have problem instantly after the installation of the selector.

- fifa 11
- ea patch 1.01
- new patch

not working at me neither now...

FIX: Startup (kaka screen) crash

think I found the problem:

wrong filename:

"FIFA 11\Game\data\db\fifa_ng_db.xml"

need to be: "fifa_ng_db-meta.xml"

so change: "fifa_ng_db.xml" to "fifa_ng_db-meta.xml"


after this:
use the regenerator to be sure...

I ll regenerate myself, and upload new fix in 1-2 hours...

2013-14 patch - HOTFIX (version 2)

here s file with some fixes

list:
- FIFA 11 Selector: crash when changing squads
- FIFA 11 Selector: buttons "Start FIFA 11" & "Config" removed
- fixed file "data0.big"
- crash at startup (after kaka screen) fixed
