I forgot to set the polls as public, so I've decided to close it all down and begin the process over. Disregard the other threads. Thanks.

Please vote for the 2 teams you believe would finish at the top of the Group. 3 will advance, but please just vote for 2. If you only vote for 1 or 3+ your votes will not count. Voting will close in 72ish hours (midnight my time). If you vote in the poll you are also allowed to post a vote for a 3rd team (do not vote for 3 in the poll, put this 3rd team in a post and clearly mark that it is for a tie breaker or 3rd place). In case the 3rd place tie breaker votes don't break the tie, I will start removing votes (not tie breaking votes) based on lowest post count first. However I will remove non-participating members' votes before removing the vote of anyone who participated in the draft.

Close call for the 3rd spot, but I'm going with the Dirty Seamen given that I prefer their midfield and don't fancy Kiko Raton's fullbacks.

Jailbirds are solid and that attack is very good, although I feel like its missing a playmaker. It seems like all of those players are dribblers or scorers, rather than passers. Vermalaen is shit, too.

Brazzers' defense is probably one of the best in the competition, and he has Messi. Moura and Lukaku are excellent, but I'm unconvinced as to how they will really combine. Paulinho and Wilshere are also great players, but I feel like they will leave a lot of space in behind as they both like to get forward. Playing them with a DM would have been better.

Seamen's midfield could also use a DM, and while I hope Eto'o is still a God, I'm not convinced by him, another decent team, though.

I get the functionality of Kiko Raton's team, but I think it quite below the standard he had last year. Drogba and Pastore are poor picks, IMO, and people tend to look ast teams in units. As Drogba and Pastore are under one unit, it makes it seem even worse. There's no major flaw here, just the team doesn't wow me.

Badawi has a good defense, Kroos and Aguero (and I suppose Fernandinho, I like him). The wingers are quite weak though, and while I'm not very familiar with Guarin, I feel a more solid DM type would have been better.

Overall, this a a tough group, which is why Group B is criminal. Ultimately I think Jailbirds and Brazzers edge this, with Seamen getting my tiebreaker vote for 3rd.

I'm glad Dytza goes through because he is uno di noi but to be honest, i didn't expect it. A team with Hernanes-Fellaini double pivot + those 4 up front is very very vulnerable everytime they lost the ball.

Why so? Lavezzi has a monster stamina and tracks back a lot, so does Hamsik, and more than the others does Cavani (although I don't really need him to do that). Fellaini is a very good DM. Actually I think the fast defensive transition is one of the strongest points in my team, because of the energetic attacking players I have and the very mobile double-pivot.

Fellaini cant really win a ball!

The difference is that in the first quote Fellaini was yours (H)

The fact that my team leads against Messi's, Ronaldo's and Bale's teams is something :D

Andrei team is so great ...

Zeinab Badawi's Twenty Hotels is a good team ... I'm amazed by number of votes.

That and people just vote for teams with Messi and Ronaldo in them because they have Messi and Ronaldo in them. Take out Messi and Ronaldo and my team is better than Brazzers and Kiko Raton in almost every position.

And how the fuck is this group being led by a team which starts Glen Johnson!?

Weakest link but Lichtsteiner is a beast who can bail out Bonucci so Terry would be a breeze for him

How am I not qualifying here, I have the best back five in the entire competition!?

Maybe because you start fucking Lisandro Lopez in the right wing and Iker Muniain, who's nowhere near the level he promised to be 2 years ago. Also, "best back 5" in the competition contains Bacary Sagna. :\

And btw, Dirty Seamen is highly underrated.

Sagna is one of the best in the world.
