Unless we get access or someone makes a tool to convert them, then unfortunately no, mate.

The textures could probably be used (I believe the uv layout is the same as in Fifa 14) but the 3d models have a different geometry and the rx3 formats between those games are different

Take 2 rx3 files
1 fifa 11 rx3 & 1 fifa 15 rx3
With both the exact same picture

Then u can compare the difference in rx3 format...

Just advantage of using the official id (used by ea) is the linked face, miniface, commentary name, ... the id has

Use sofifa.com to see ids used by ea

Maybe for someone with mad skills on hex editing it would be easier to compare the differences and similarities between data blocks across both file formats and come up with some sort of solution, I'm not sure.

From my experience and at a glance, using Fifa 12/13, 14 and 15 models, visually it's hard to tell the differences in the geometry (14 and 15, for example, look almost identical) aside from the neck seam areas on the models. But I think the main roadblock here is not being able to access the bones in the models... If we had a way to exctract the bones and see exactly how the rigging is made maybe we could replicate it and apply it or convert it to those models with a slightly different geometry...
If we were able to change models in Fifa like people can on games like GTA IV, surely we'd have some very interesting results and mods.

If the models had the same geometry, things like morphing in 3dsmax would make conversion of head models a lot easier

there's a way to check rapidly if all the teams have the related formation and, if not, which team needs it? I did it team by team one time, but the problem reappears and given that the teams are 3 billions if there's a way to do it quickly is really better...

Depends what u mean with 'related formation'

U can use dbmaster 11 to export some tables
Then use excel where u can do some quick things:
- finding double values
..

Don't think they work for fifa 11 because they are a different format
