2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil PC Conversion Patch Thread

Im so happy to see that this patch is in progress (unless its been cancelled, which would suck).
I do have few questions, excuse me if i ask any stupid ones.
1) Is this patch for FIFA 14, 13 or standalone? (as i've heard, fifa 14 doesnt have tournament mode. not sure as i havent had chance to play it, thats why i included 13 here)
2) do you seriously convert everything- sound files, stadiums, kits, balls? (that would be sweeeeet)
3) aproximate release date? (i mean i would even wait for 2 years for this but i had to ask)
In any case, i bow down to you and applaud you to stand against EA-s PC-hating ways.

Guys, So i've just done all the European (UEFA EURO 2016) and 32 teams for the 2014 FIFA World Cup to get them as accurate as possible to the 23-team rosters. I'm wanting to release a beta version VERY SOON. (next couple of days)

In real life, because the last group only has 5 teams; the rankings of the 3rd-placed teams only consider results against the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th placed teams (ignoring the 6th-placed bottom teams in the first 8 groups). However, in my current tournament, I don't know how to ignore the results of 3rd v 6th in calculating the best 3rd-placed teams from the qualification round. As a result, the 3rd-placed team in Group I (the 9th group with only 5 teams), is never calculated as the best team and always has to contest the playoffs; since it only has 8 matches to the other groups' 10 matches. Also, is there anyway to set friendly matches within a tournament in Tournament Mode? In real life, France is going to play centralized friendly matches against each of the 5 teams in Group I, but these don't count to points in the qualification table for that Group. These friendly matches vs France also don't count to the 3rd-placed team rankings for the qualification Playoffs.
2. Is there anyway to set the differentiation rules between two teams for a tournament to put head-to-head results above total points, goals scored, goal difference etc. within a group/pool? I've found myself frustrated when I've directly beaten a team and I've still not been able to advance as the team has had a higher overall GD or # of goals scored.

I'm new to this forum. Looked for a mod that brings world cup alive and all countries of the world. And I found it! I am as freaky as you guys!
about accuracy:
I observed WC-qualification in Oceania and have to say that EA did not spend much time on estimating the teams.
Tahiti is of course not the best team behind New Zealand.
I looked at the database and was disappointed. Only a half star for New Caledonia! New Caledonia showed so many times that there really
good and have beaten Tahiti 4:0 and 1:0 in the recent
qualification stage. It was the only team that could defeat
New Zealand 2:0 in the halffinal of OFC-Nations Cup so that
Tahiti could win this cup against them... Other results (0:2,1:2)
were not bad too and they were second behind New Zealand
with a big gap to the others in the last round.

So I think New Caledonia should have 2 stars.
It is embarassing that Ounemoa and Mercier, two players that were
in the database of 2010 have the same strength and are both one of
the best players although they played just a few macthes...
About strength 50 is far to minor for the first team while players of Tahiti have strength of about 60 only because they played in Confederations Cup.
At least the first squad has the right players. Gope-Fenepej is the only
one who was estimated normal, but still a little bit too weak beacause
he scored much goals.
Similar thoughts came to me when I saw Fiji. Only because they were
defeated very early that does not mean the results of past do not
indicate there still a good team. Kaltack of Vanuatu too bad, too, etc...
2nd point:
Marama Vahirua is missing, the only professional of Tahiti. Maybe you could add him into the database. In the last version he should have played for AS Monaco.
Think he was in FIFA 12. He was nominated for qualification but wanted to
focus on his club till he ended his professional career in Confederations Cup.
3rd point:
If you do not want to add all stadiums of OFC then you
should choose Lawson Tama Stadium of Salomon Islands because
all matches of the OFC Nations Cup took place there.
The hill where people watched them is very cool!
Toleafoa J.S Blatter Soccer Stadium in Samoa is the place of
the very early round and would be also nice. At most because
it is palm-lined!
