Alexis? You love talking shit without knowledge. He played a shit Copa America, Vargas and Vidal were Chile best players.

He had a better copa compared to Messi, he didn't score that much but had decisive assists and helped his team ... Vidal was not the same after that incident ... Vargas had most goals for Chile and thats it ...

Just look at Massive's post few pages back ...

You first should watch a game to have an actual opinion. Messi semifinal against Paraguay was sick. Quarters against Colombia too.

The whole team was good against Paraguay ... Di Maria got 2 goals and 1 assist too and we all know he's fucking waste of money ... yeah, he was sick against colombia and match resulted in 0-0 ... you are biased as hell ...

So Messi is worse than Maradona because he has not a World Cup but Maradona is also better than Pelé, who has 3. Someone explain me Argentinians logic pls.

Argentina logic = boludo logic.

The traditional theory is that Maradona won that world cup single handed whereas Brazil could have won those three without Pele.

Having made a final already, Messi just needs to win one (with a contribution, not a 'Torres win') and he will be the greatest player of all time, but time is running out.

Is there any reason he won't do it in Russia in 2018? The past 3 world cups, Argentina has been eliminated by Germany.

Stage is set. The Russians will want their world cup to be ultra memorable and not won by an EU team, and Messi's Argentina winning would be both of those things, so after they themselves go out there will probably be an implicit understanding that Argentina will be 'encouraged' wherever possible.
