Yes, I'll try to locate them and extract them. Shouldn't be too difficult from the 2018 WC database I used to explore months ago.

Yeah don't worry, I got that.
Here they are. These are all the kits and mini kits of 31 of the 32 qualified teams (cameroon still has fake crest and kits, guess it's because even Cameroon doesn't know which jerseys they're going to wear) and all the non-qualified teams from the DLC.
I've also added the World Cup sleeve badges, just in case.

I also don't know how exactly these overlay textures work.
Is there any info in .lua files? If I'm not mistaken, with Revolution Mod you can add specific overlay for competition - how does it work?

what do you mean by overlay? sleeve competition badge?
its just a logo enabled in teamkits table and positioned by hotspots

My first idea is - if RM adds a new overlay texture, then some another texture (for frontnumber) can be added.

i was talking about frostbite fifas but
for front number you can put it directly on kit texture, no need for such overlay

I don't know why they enter the ball with politics.Well the hard part was circumventing the "no more games for Russia" policy by EA, but after I did that I just clicked "update game" and the DLC installed fine.
Meanwhile as always, EA never ceases to amaze me:
who is launching confetti in the stadium while the pitch man is cutting the grass/painting the lines?
"Next Gen" but they still can't make separate front/back kit number color codes?
Let's not discuss that here please... It's pretty obvious...
