Good news, I learnt how to convert PES hair. I still need to find out how to transfer head weights (The hardest thing). Damn, it took me like 4 hours to get the process.

I meant I don't know how to do it hahahha I imagine it's the same thing I did with hair files

some time ago I tried a method of my own, but it failed horribly. first, it had a part of it stretched all the way to the center of the pitch. second, the weights transfer was not correctly at all, as it was trying to move in parts that were not supposed to move. I remember it was trying to open the mouth and it only resulted in weird movements on the jaw! that was hilarious looooool!
