Hi mate, just to make sure. Is it trading against the rules too? It's the only way I have found to make people share their mods or create newer mods.

The way you put it? I guess it is against the rules. Because it has to happen unconditionally. Otherwise it's a sort of blackmail. He who wants to share, will share and won't mind who is downloading his creations. If they will also share something or will just download it. That "give if you want to recieve" logic is a kind of purchase. Only the currency changes

If he is not going to share it, only for a privileged group and not for everyone, this topic is meaningless, at least if it were in the form of an unlock, someone supports it and everyone receives it but it is completely private.
He says: "way" to make people share their mods, but he would only exchange with those who make mods or give money, making those who don't do anything but admire stay out, given that the intention of this forum is for everyone without privatization.

a question ? When you received "donations" through the faces, do you also donate a percentage to those you learned from or answered questions about in the past?Understood. Won't post pics of my work here for the matter to avoid any future problems and I won't endorse this method anymore either.

+ there should go a percentage to the tool makers. (I thik they shouldn't release their work for free as well then)
Then see how the facemakers can apply their mods. FIFA community became sh** over the years and Classic patch 14 is the only reason I'm still here. I think we should move onto PES. As that's the Best solution. They offer much than FIFA for free and more stuffs to enjoy.

Let's get something straight and see if this is the end of the discussion,
I learned from videos and, as usual, 90% of the time nobody helped me. I'm not here to justify any of my thoughts or behaviors. If you are a person who helped with full explanations in the past or is willing to support my time and need my content, believe me, you will receive it for free without restriction or hesitation.
I can't simply support mediocrity and the I-dont-know-how-to-so-I-don't-create-anything' ideal.
Believe me when I tell you that there are many people creating mods only for their selfish purposes. Conversely, I have shared my mods for over 6 years thinking that another person will step up and help me (never happened regardless of the creation of a tutorial back in the day). So, the time has come to only cooperate with those who actually care.
I understand you are upset as sadly I'm the only active FIFA 16 facemaker in the forum (faces from scratch), I'm not referring to FIFA 16 face converters (who have also done a great job), I mean from-scratch faces.
People are using my mods for FIFA 22 and 23 (FIFA 14 and 15 with paid links) and I'm not asking for retribution (credits or anything).
Hopefully, another person will start creating HQ faces and share them with all of you at no cost thanks to my absence from threads.

If I can say anything, I understand the necessity to encourage everyone else and I do support it.
But for me it's a dealbreaker, since even if I wrote to you, I'm restricted for personal use only.
You all may be surprised, but I never did a single mod only for my personal use.

For 2 reasons, first to make anyone interested in modding, second is that I care that my work will always be around. If my laptop one day was to get thrown out the window, or in case of fire or me simply stepping off, it still be possible to download. In this case, you mostly don't even know if anyone was doing anything at all.
Does it bother me? Kinda, since you do a good job, but I can get over it. I moved more to current game maintaining legacy support and dedicated projects. So what else can I say?

Maybe you don't even read it, I agree with some things you said but I disagree with something that even today you and some people don't understand, when you post an image of a face people expect you to share it because that's what is done in a community, that's it here It's not Patreon.
Another thing that bothers you is that if you created a Patreon for a maximum of 5 dollars, many would support it for 15 faces in a month, but you want an amount that most people cannot afford.
It's not that simple to create, many of us try and get frustrated, it's very easy to just look at it from your point of view.
Imagine if 10 people "donated" for each face of yours, you would earn 10 dollars per face. You no longer insist on everyone having access to their faces, only those who can pay with any currency.
There are links with advertising, they pay almost nothing, but pay...
But if he wanted to make it easier, he could say that when someone donates he would release it, but when he privatizes only for those who "donate" it becomes selling.
To be honest, the best faces are those converted from FIFA or PES itself, most converted from other FIFAs look strange in game due to the non-perfect modeling, imagine if Dimitri and Tokken decided to charge, and RALE who converted hundreds of faces and only puted in advertisement.
If we were to analyze the facemakers on Patreon they are fairer than Lagwagon is currently, they release some faces for free and for a low amount you have more than 10 faces in the month.
