To answer your question, a complete "face" consists of:

- 1 face texture
- 1 hair file
- 1 hair texture
- 1 hairlod
- 1 head model

So if you have for example 362 hair textures then there should be the same ammount of face textures, hair files, hairlods and head models ;) And now you know what's "wrong" or in this case missing.

Exactly, we are talking about 362 faces and only 343 hairlods. This is, we have around 20 incomplete faces.

Something better than nothing

Right and now everyone knows what's going on and can try to find the missing files in Redo's packs and fill those gaps like the 11 missing hair files for example. That's all I wanted to say in the first place, but for next time I keep in mind that "less is more" so everyone still has the surprise of finding such things out themselves without any hint.

if someone manages to know which files are missing I will share them with you.... I had already converted those faces, obviously not with the quality that lagwagon has because I am sure that not only converts but corrects details, but I know because when replacing files in the folder I replaced most of them, therefore the missing ones I already had and were not replaced.

I've found Cifuentes from Ecuador (255137) has missing files. Do you have all of them?

There is also a problem with Peru's Ormeño (244641). All the files are in place, but the head is completely not where it should be.
