3 symbols under manager??

In manager mode, below the picture of the manager on the main page there are 3 'symbols'. The first looks like 2 gears, the second looks like a lock and the third looks like a flag. They all have ratings next to them. What do these things represent?

Team chemistry is not just about morale, it also factors in team experience (ie. the number of games played, adjusted downwards for players playing out of position). Morale is 50% of the total, team experience 40% and the other 10% is a team factor (exactly what, I've never figured out)

Or, in the terminology used within the game, at least in the English version, fan support and job security. Fan support affects how much money you make from home games and if job security drops to a certain level (which varies according to your manager prestige) then you will find yourself out of a job

Where do you find out your manager's prestige? Is it the small number next to his picture? If so, my prestige in my first season as manager of Liverpool is 3. How high can your prestige be?
