By editing the database I was able to add 6 kits to a single team with their respective mini kits.
kit_ID_0_0.rx3 is home, kit_ID_1_0.rx3 is away, kit_ID_2_0.rx3 is keeper, kit_ID_3_0.rx3 and so on are additional.
It appears that only one keeper kit is possible, I've tried different methods but all ended with either a generic kit or a crash.
Its very simple, just create the kits and duplicate a row in the database and the game will add it.
An example for database handling, the rest is easy.
Manchester City, it has ID 10.
In teamkits table, teamtechid is the team id, search for 10, it has 3 entries, home, away and keeper.
Select entire row of any, copy and insert (F4, F5) and change the teamkittypetechid value to 3.
That is it, now you have City's third kit, of course without textures.
For the mini kit, the third is easy, for the forth and so on, for example create a home mini kit and change the name of the file from j0 to j4, and so on.
