Okay, so recently I've decided that my team fits a 4-2-3-1 formation fairly well. Unfortunately most teams we face play a 3-5-2. Personally I think that formation is a burden, causing the outside mids to do far more work than necessary. But, the problem is how do your 2 central mids defend their 3 if all 3 on the opposition are involved in the attack equally noting your "trequartista" isn't much help defending and you don't want him coming back to far?
