please release 4GK

Hi everyone,
over the many web site that I visit a day I have read that 4GK will not be released because of another web site copying the main files off SoccerAccess and calling them their own, please say that this isn't true, 4GK will be the ultimate kit format full stop and thats including all the kit formats in the past fifa games, so like many others I want to see this kit format released on it's own so that you can intergrate it with your current fifa setup. All I have to say is that those who have done the 'copying' of files must take a real good look in the mirror and ask themselves why they are trying to ruin fifa 2002 for eveyone:mad:, the whole idea of setting up these fifa sites with downloads is not for self gratification, oh no it's more like trying to share ideas and perceptions with people spaning the world over and bringing cultures of fifa players together:mad:.The fifa community must hope and pray that the team at SoccerAccess can look pass this insult and not punish the true fifa players who spend alot of time at web sites like SoccerAccess. So to Xavier, Ariel, Hakeem and the Hedgehog :eek: PLEEEEEEEEEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! releaase the format on its own.

I was speaking to Hakeem, and he said hed REALLY love to release the files, so COME ON XAVIER, PLLLLEEEEAAASSSE!

What is the point of a kit format that is never used?(and believe me it will be rarely used if it isnt publicly released).

Everyone understands that u must get pissed off whenever ppl copy ur stuff, but why shoule u let a couple of ppl ruin it for everyone??

Im sure there was something else I had to say, but I cant remember it so Ill say this, bleh!

I talked to xavier and he told me that the 4gk esential files will be released!!!!!! no date yet, but great news anyway!!!

Ariel has found a way to replace the legal screen with a Soccer Access screen, and will now release the patch!

Just out of curiosity, I had another look at the format and the only redundant inclusion I would comment on is that of the ref's crest.

Shouldn't that be used for something more to do with the team kits? Surely there must be a way to use variables to allow individual players names on the backs of their jerseys?

Just a thought...

Ariel is not first, I have created new legalscreen for the European Clubs Patch ver.2 a few months ago. Dimitris, can you confirm this?

yes, the legal screen was always editable, we did it in fifauruguay for our upcoming Uruguayan League Patch 2.0:D

Wait u guys dont get the point. Normally u just edit the legal screen thru the fsh files. If this was the case, it wouldnt help with security of the kit type at all.
Ariel HAS done something NEW, because he is editing it through the exe. This means that ppl cant use this new kit type, without this legal screen showing up, and therefore, people cant steal Ariels new kit type.

If i knew programming i will go to work on EA sports! Of course ariel can do this cause he is a very good prgrammer and he has search fifa more than anYONE ELSE! He can do this with a hex editor or any other program!

that's a very good idea. everybody using Ariel's creations really should give full credits to Ariel and this is a good way how to tell to everyone who really created the 4GK. Very good.

yeah well to get the GK kits he was always going to have to edit the exe..
and this was brought on by pirates, and stubborn hosts who refuse to delete pirated software form their clients server..

Are we talking original .exe editing??? Or has a way to edit the EA patched .exe finally been found??

I want to request a version of 4GK to be relaesed without the keeper kit and anything else that can only be added by .exe editing as I want to keep wingers working properly!!!

and even if it was, it wouldnt be done, because of the piracy issue..Sorry..
As for wingers, i hate it too, but u get used to making allowances. I know all the true formations now anyway..
its easy to work out. Experiment, by using VASTLY different looking players, and knowing where u put them around the field, so u can see what u have to change..etc

In that case I would rather stick to 2kg4s than have 4gk.

I know that it's easy to work out who should be where, but I think gameplay is the most important thing, and I want to be able to change formation slightly (e.e take wing backs off) without having to move players about. I have no intention of getting used to it as I think gameplay is more important. I play a lot of 2 player on one computer as well, usually against people who don't play regularly and I don't want to have to explain to every1 why there full backs are up front when it comes to substituting some one.

P.S. I have heard about this skill move selecter thing, does that use .exe editing as well?? And can it be downloaded seperately to the WC patch which I don't really want???
