The face looks good but the hair in front needs to be a bit longer, it's hard to see his forehead in real life because it's covered with his bangs.
Here's an example:
And his eyes are more narrow as you can see on the pic

@Silencer .. you're right m8 ;)... i'll make another update.. and thx for the recent pic .. it realy helps me ..i'm going to modify the hair-style too :D

@Reikko .. yeah you're right .. 2gf faces are instable ..that's why i'm going to put in my facepack 2 versions .. a 1gf and 2gf version for each face ;)

Zidane looks good now, the hair for Raul looks good too but the eyes needs a bit of updating, the left eye should be the same as the right and now it's not really and the eyes are a bit too wide, look at the pic i posted, he has more smaller, narrow eyes.. just a tip :)
