After 2 full seasons i am at about 1.5 or maybe 2 can' t tell. Anyways when i was dc united i won the league and the mls cup. Then as celtic i won the league and won champions league.How do i increase my stars? Do i have to upgrade all of my staff to a certain level?

i believe it depends on average staff level, right now im in the middle of my third season and i just became a 3 star manager and im like 20 pts away from having all of my staff 3 stars so im thinking its based on that.

Yep i cant buy some of the Best Strikers Or midfielders for my AC Milan Side because my manager rating is only 2 i think i have to be 2.5 or 3 So i Improve my Players and status.:)

lol im in 2nd season and brought some aight players wif crystal palace , i got Patrik Kluivert , Patrick Burger, Mikael Forsell, Marco Bresciano, Robbie savage and Ledley King.

There some good players for a sh!t team like Crystal Palace

no way u can have 16500 and be a two star manager because i have 1549 and am two star.
