I have ONE simple question for all Fifa fans...


"WHY DON'T YOU JUST try TO PLAY PRO EVO 3/4"

JUST GO TO ONE OF YOUR MATES'S HOUSES AND PLAY PRO EVO, OR JUST RENT IT OUT OR SOMETHING. I WAS AN AVID FIFA FAN, I LOVED THE LICENSES AND ALL THAT. I WAS A TRUE FOOTY FAN, EVERY YEAR I WOULD BUY THE FIFA'S.

UNTIL PRO EVO 3 CAME OUT, I READ A THREAD ON HERE THAT ASKED ALL FIFA FANS TO TRY PRO EVO AT LEAST, AND NOT TO KNOCK IT. LIKE YOU, I WAS LOYAL TO FIFA, BUT YOU REALISE THE TW@TS AT EA JUST TRICK YOU INTO BUYING THE SAME GAMEPLAY OVER AND OVER AGAIN. EACH YEAR THEY ADD SOME BETTER WORDS TO ATTRACT THE BUYER. PRO EVO 3...SIMPLY SAYS ON THE COVER "REAL FOOTBALL IS BACK"...QUALITY SPEAKS FOR IT SELF


SO JUST TRY TO PLAY PRO EVO BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE, AND I GUARANTEE YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND FOREVER, AND YOU WILL BE ANOTHER CONVERT.

What if i say i have PES3, left FIFA 2004 to play PES3 and now that i've played FIFA 2005 i don't want to play PES3... download FIFA 2005 demo and see what's football...

Biased? lmao, your comment was biased to the extreme. It's not biased it's FACT!!!, if Fifa 2005 was clearly better then PES3 I'd agree, but it definately isn't. Anyway I have Winning Eleven 8 (PES4) for my PS2 and to say that game p!sses all over Fifa 2005 is a understatement.

Put it this way Mouta, you can say you like Fifa better, you can say it's an excellent football game, but please don't come out with bullsh!t like "it's better than PES3", there is still so many things wrong with Fifa 2005 (gameplay wise), its still way too scripted.

PES3 at the moment is still the king of all football games, but judging by Winning Eleven 8, PES4 will be the new king of footy games, the game is incredible in every aspect. The gameplay has actually got alot better and the graphics are amazing. Fifa, you only have 15 seasons in career mode WTF, in PES4 you can have as many as you want, watch players retire, then help along the next Zidane or Henry.

I've saw videos of WE8 and PES4 and movements are better than Pes3 but can't beat this awesome control, driblle and pass movements of FIFA 2005, they are much more life like in FIFA... see real football and compare.

mouta, i've been playing winning eleven 8 (jap version) and i can tell you that, if PES4 is supposed to be an WE8 with some minor fixes, than it will be even better than PES3 and much ahead than any of the fifas...

from what i've seen in the demo, fifa2005 isn't still at PES's level, yet it isn't a bad game, far from it! i actually enjoyed playing the demo, and i might get the game just to go online with it, but still PES4 gameplay will be better than fifa2005, and that you'll have to accept it

Thank god a man with sense. Well I value your opinion seeing as you have played BOTH of the latest versions from Konami and EA and you're right, Fifa 2005 is a step forward from Fifa 2004, but a step over PES3...yeah right you must be having a laugh!. Mouta probably wants Fifa to be better because it has the full Portuguese league with all the teams, but the reality is I'm still waiting for a Fifa that can come remotely close to PES gameplay (not even mentioning everything else), Winning Eleven 8 gameplay is superb and being a football player myself, it closely resembles a realistic representation of the real thing.

pes4 its the best football game by far.
i did played both games, pes4 and fifa05 at the gamestars last week, and yes fifa2005 its the best fifa game, but not the best football game.
pes4 got beautyful gameplay, cant wait for the game

from one point of view: yes, but this section was created due to flamewars at fifa and at pes forum, so we could move them here

now if we're talking about sense of those flamewars, there is no such a thing like "beter game" in this case

I know you like PES/ISS/WE (and me too) but you can't accept other ppl like FIFA series more; it doesn't mean you're right, you can list 100 reasons why PES is beter than fifa but fifans can describe 100 (yeah sure :P) reasons why FIFA is better than PES

that's why it doesn't make a sense coz you never convince mouta to liking PES in the same way like he won't convince you to playing FIFA;
it's like talking which car is the best, Jeep Cherokee is fantastic for mountain drive but suck on a motorway with Lamborghini Diablo, which suck on mountain

these discussions often sounds very childish, "fifa is better!" -"no pes is better"- pes sux" , " fifa sux".....................................it has no sense coz both game are perfect for their markets

Mayor you're right... i always said they are 2 different games... i like PES also but i've just stated that for me FIFA 2005 beated PES3 cause i left FIFA 2004 to play PES3 and now i left PES3 to play FIFA 2005 DEMO and i'll play FIFA 2005.
