Superb, Fantastic. In that second pic in the 2nd link, the game looks like PES, but better. I see those dotted runs are still there though.
I really hope the gameplay is anything close to PES or even ISSPE1. I just want some addictive, enjoyable gameplay so that I can enjoy these superb graphics even more.
Is that PSG in one of the pics?

Those screens are amazing! They look so real, don't they? Anyway, that's what we all kind of expect from EA - superb graphics. Lets see if they can deliver in the remaining aspects of the game.
One thing is certain: if the gameplay is nearly as good as the graphics, this will be the best game ever. Not saying that I believe it will, though...

I don't really think that theese pcitures are from FIFA 2003... it look TOO real, and EA can't get such graphics...

anyway I'd love it if it's FIFA 2003, come one EA, show us pictures like this in your site so we can belive it's fifa 2003!!!!

Of course the pictures is for real. Like EA ain't got more important things to focus on then makin fake pictures of the game they are working with right now...

Yes, Iceboy figured that out too.
The simple answer is that EA still didn't work out their gameplay :rolleyes:
They never promised it: they said that the ball don't stick at your foot anymore and for the remaining they promised some improvements on the graphical details.
I said it before (in other words) in the other topic about that first given interview, but only a few people are really interested.
The FIFA-player just wants fast arcade-play and a lot of nice graphics.
They don't seem to care about realilistic gameplay as most of the ISS/PES/WEx players do... Just a matter of taste ;)

k... You're right about the players jurking off when you're attacking or defending, saw that in previous screenshots as well... In WC2002 this was really frustrating...

But this doesn't mean the gameplay already sucks. The only thing EA Sports have to do, is to program the AI, so players always look at the ball/direct opponent. Problem solved!!


Hope they change that...

This is a bit of the first screenshot....

Fifa was always notorious for the fact that the ball sticks firmly to the foot. But FIFA 2003 computes the round leather >> genuinly and unabhAeangig from the Spielern<<. That becomes particularly apparent with the Sprint: Players submit the ball so far that he lets himself capture easily from the opponent.
