I play PES4 currently as I got fed up with the scripting in Fifa 05 and champions league. However I will be back to try Fifa06 and see it thats better and if they have took any notice of peoples opinions, and I am fed up of PES/WE fanboys with their imature comments who preach their game exclusively. They seem to do it more often and offensively than Fifa players. I will never be anybodies fanboy and which ever game I choose to play should be respected without stupid imature comments that go, ''...teel him to visit this doctor ant take some good sleep''. ''Fifa is for kids...''. How narrow minded!
Lets all support somebody making a game which comes as close as possible to the game we watch and love, whoever makes it. But we are not close enough at the moment.

but PES is far closer than FIFA. No denying 
FIFA is more of an entertainment game, it's less realistic but for a lot of people it's more fun.
Whereas PES is more realistic and people enjoy this game because of this realism.
i personally prefer PES because of the closeness to realism.

That is your opinion, NOt a fact.
The statement that Fifa is more an entertainment game, on what do you base that? Everyone wants to play a game as close to the entertainment game 'soccer' as possible. Some people think Fifa in closer in some ways, that is their opinion, some like yourself say PES, thats opionion too. My opinion is that when I go 1 or 2 nil up and the PES players suddenly are faster and stronger than anything I can do is not realistic. Also when slow defenders can catch up Micheal Owen from way behind is not realstic. And when my players cannot receive the ball and move smoothly in one movement, it is not realistic. I think Fifa is more realistic in that respect, but that is my opinion. It is a fact that Fifas control system is easier to master than PES which some people think is overcomplicated and I tend to agree. But that doesnt mean its an entertainment game. They are both different and with strenths and weaknesses. I currently prefer PES but thats not because I think its more realistic, its because I find scripting frustrating. PES is scripted too, but if I press a complicated sequence of buttons I can in a limited way overide the scripting. But playing PES/WE is as much fun for the people who prefer that game as FIFA for people who play that, so your comment that Fifa is more fun for a lot of people is the same for WE.
Dont YOU find PES more fun than FIFA? And YOU too could be classed as 'a lot of people'.
Yours was a very subtle and possibly unintentional put down of FIFA players, but a putdown none the less. Just respect other peoples choices and we all need to stop thinking ours is superior.

He is right, im getting tired of the computer always winning headers when im Rio ferndinand and they are Michel Owen, or im tired of Zidane out running my fastest players, and im tired of the fact that, to win the league i had to go undeafeated and real madrid were second, and there only two losses came against me, and im tired of them always beating the computers.O'neill said:

I get both games also and enjoy both and am tired of hearing people riding the nuts of FIFA and WE all the time just because they like one better than the other. I'm with yall I like both games and get the best of both worlds...
I'll spark some controversy, I think PES if the superior of the two, if you get tired of it then play UT or FarCry or something 
Slow players catching up with Owen? Never happened on PES to me. If you are Owen and you get released, nothing catches up with you. Except maybe Thierry Henry if he happens to be back.

I dont care about who ketches up or who dont. Maybe I used the wrong way of expressing it but slamsoze has corrected this for me. I was just expressing that PES/WE has moments as far from realism as Fifa does. And it does.

Too much scripting for my liking. I had to trade fifa 2003 in for pes2. When i first played pes i was taken by the gameplay. Fifa heads are really in denial and its sad. Accept defeat when you know you are beaten. Gameplay is the enjoyment not looks.

PES probably is better than FIFA05, but it defenatly looks crapier...And if Konami will not finally make PES look good, i will not play it, nor have much respect for it
