A Mystery: GKs Never Grow In Career Mode

I have a Fifa 14 Career Mode game, and my GKs never improve a single stat. I have more than 5 youth GK with 85+ Potential, but never growth.

The curious thing is if I play the same game in my friend's FIFA 14, the GK start to improve overall, but when back to my FIFA, stop the growth.

I tried to start a new Career, and occurs the same.

I supposed the problem was the playergrowth.ini, modified by "i don't know who", but the changes only increase a bit the match growth and the maximum overall increase per season, the GK lines are by default:
GK_AGE_SHIFT = 12 // shifts gk growth
MAX_GK_PHYS_GROWTH_FOR_YEAR = 5

Anyone could help me with this problem, is there any .ini that affects to the GK growth?

They do grow, but their development starts when they are in best age for GK to develop. That is 25 years old!!!!

That's impossible. If you are correct, a youth GK that have 89-94 potential never increase a single point in overall in 7 or 8 years?

And why the same GK (in the same savegame)grows in my friend's FIFA 14 but not in mine?

They must play a lot of games with good performance to develop. Loan them to some small clubs will help them to develop. When they are 25 years old,they develop very fast. Some goalkeepers will stop devoloping when they are 30, others perhaps start growing after 30

P.s: For example, I played QPR, Robert Green still develops although he is 32. Ter Stegen develops slowly, but one time I played him when he was 28, he developed

He does increase, but 1 or 2 points per season. That's what happened with many of young keepers I had with high potential (like A. Areola).

When they reach 25+ year they start developing in blitz fashion though. Reaching max potential in 2 years usually .

Btw good news is that FIFA 15 will introduce new development curves for players.

I have played for at least 5 season and my GK never grow an star. My main GK plays more than 40 games per season and nothing.
I probe this savegame in a friend's FIFA and my GK grew 2 in less than a month.
Then probe again in my FIFA and never grow.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I probe to loan GK and occur the same.

Have you downloaded Better Career Patch or Improved Career Patch? If not, try with them, but you might need to start new career .

I use a modified career, but I don't remember which one.
And I start a new career, and after 2 seasons the GK stay in same overall

If you're goalkeeper won't touch the ball much it won't grow too.
