A Question About Career Mode

Is there a possibility to CHOOSE them as a National Team? Or to make your chance higher to get them in Career mode? I wait 4 Seasons and dont get ANY Offer from them

And you could've just exited from the career mode everytime you got an international offer and simulate that day again and again till you get that offer. That's what I do :P I don't know about moddingway's patch though. I don't use it so I don't know if you can get those offers at all
