me, and few of the best israeli patch makers (including Shlomy Sharabany on the flags!!) have started Copa Libertadores patch.
we have a little problem-we don't know which tournament to replace... i mean, we wont replace the champions leauge of course...

is it a way to duplicate the champions leauge somehow..?
