A Question For Career Mode

Just wondering, how can I make the success rate of going to another club 100% when I am midway through the season, sometimes I get bored and want to change clubs but they all reject, so any kind of help will be useful.

You have to play better as you are required too. You also have to make everything better than your tasks are (for 5 games or so). Also, you should always have one player who gets a 8-Rating per game.

I asked that because, I do well obvious and still clubs like Southampton, Napoli or Milan won't take me even if they are placed 7th in the league and I'm 3rd/2nd.

Download 'my' FIFA 14 Career Mod, and edit joboffer.ini file.
There are a few things you could try:

DEBUG_EASY_JOB_HUNTS = 1 // not tested, you could even test with value of 2

PERC_START_SEASON = 60 // or what number you like
GAP_RATIO_PERC = 50					// How much manager success is dependent on gap ratio
OBJECTIVE_PERC = 50					// How much manager success is dependent on objectives

CHANCE_RANDOM_OFFER = 80

There are more lines their, just increase the numbers and see what works works for you.

Players get too tired that they even have to sit out after a week, can some one tell me which file to edit and what numbers I should select please? I want to edit it so that the players don't get tired that quickly.
