a question (i'm a newbie)

Trying to make flags with cm master beta 6.
I take a flag image from the net , then with photoshop make a 256x256 png image , but this is what i get....

Anyone could tell me why or at least if there's a good guide on how to makes flags using photoshop or other progams?

the logo should be smaller and put at the top left corner of 256x256 png image and the replicate the image

What you need to do is export a flag that is already in the game. Open it with Photoshop and paste your flag image over that one to get the positioning right. Then just press 'Replicate' in CM and you're good to go
