guys, I was thinking: I've heard that the ball moves independently from the foot of the player, and that where it goes depends on where the player hits it. Now, my concern is about moving the player in eight directions and have control of the ball at the same time. If you play with either keyboard or gamepad (most of gamepads) you only have 8 directions, wich means it's much more difficoult to get the ball where you want it! Second: If hitting the ball at the right place while moving influences the direction of the ball, the game's going to be impossible to play! If you don't have a camera right beyond the ball, so that you can watch your feet struck the ball where you want to struck it, you'll allways kick the ball in a wrong direction. Anyway the game will have to be a lot scripted, even though a lot less then Fifa 2002. In tower cam you can't run with the ball and hope to struck it in the precise middle! And really, you can't with 8 directions! I don't know if I make myself clear here, it's kinda difficoult to explain. Hope you get it.
