That's because that function hasn't been added to the code yet. The other two work at the moment: 'Open pre-game' and 'Load running cm 03/04 game'.
If you want to load a saved game, I recommend CM Scout 3.10 (www.nygreen.net). It works for both CM4 and CM 03/04.
