Tex looks very nice but model definitely is only medium quality,
According to upper Henry's pic nose is not quite right shape, I know that very hard to make good nose because lightings and shadows destroy it always but try to update shape ot just update nose at your tex. I mean shape, should be more like potato, maybe eyes make more far away from each other, the same as the eyebrows, make them a little bit upper and more bushy and wider.
But still something is wrong in the whole model, because at your preview his head looks to massive and wide, at real pic his head is slimmer, maybe make head sides slimmer or just make the whole head model more longer.
And also according to that pic his ears, I mean his right ear has another form.

The main reason he looks like that in the photo is because that's "perspective camera" POV
