Why not use fileloader by jenkey? No need to regen if you want to add or remove new mods.

you can use file explorer to import the original files from the data*.big files. or just delete the file you wish to replace in cm, then uncheck and check the "has generic face" option, export those files and reimport them

aha, but much more simple to do regeneration by FHL-BH-Editor. and still can play on-line)
