there in UV editor , cant scale properly !! How to do that , so it sit on whole face ?

Press S for scaling, A for selecting all, R for Rotating, G for moving the face

Thankyou so much guys But i can't scale that perfect. In mapping , if i want eyes at exact place then nose and mouth are not exact place.. and then ears are also i am not able to map on them :x Help me out , yes i am newbie and only fr past 2 month i am using blender .. still i am having difficulties !!

Then do this,
When the eyes,mouth, chin,etc, dont fit at the same time, then do multiple texture paints.
