I think it's nice but needs some updates,like making his face larger(big cheeks),face shape needs to be fixed(larger forehad,more pronunced cheekbones and jaw),look:

profile also needs updates: -fix nose format and forehead

i think a lot of the problem with the model looking too "sad" is that james has quite sad and expressive eyes

The face is really really good (texture, model, everything)! but I agree, he does not 100% looks like James XD but that's because there is no good pic to work with properly.. i.e. like Michu
