About Chants

Hi I´m working on this problem realted to chants. Well as far as I can see from the file exported is not a real mp3. There are two mp3 files inside the file exported. Also there are some headers about where those files begin. Seems really complicated. I´ll try to investigate more about this.

Ariel, great to see you here ;)
As number nine says it´s not true, we are only find out how can we extract the .ces(zlib tool) files and we can play the chants they are in the game, but we can´t import new chant´s´, always when the crowd start singing the game crashes.
The way is:

1. Extract them with AFSexplorer
2. Decompress them with we6fe_zlib_tool

Download Tool

3. rename to .mp3 !! lol yes...that's it they are normal mp3 files.
Their format is: 32 kbps, 24000 HZ, 16 Bit, Mono

4. just zlib your mp3 again, rename to xxxxxx.ces and put it back into the data_x.afs!!

See also this Site(http://y2ksa.t35.com/t11.htm) that explain it, but the only chants that edit is the chants for the PS2 Version, PC Files has a other structure of the .ces and need maybe hexedit. Solidus want´s to help us if he become his new PC

But somebody said that he has the list of all the chants, and that it's easy to import/export them, because they are normal mp3s... ?
