I'm not a PES fanboy as such, it can only be a good thing if there's more than one realistic and playable football sim on the market. That's the reason I've not touched Fifa for years and have been playing PES for god knows how long. Regardless "if" EA ever release a better product than Konami then that will give them the motivation to better future PES releases. That's a big if though.

Saying that I've seen a video of the new Fifa running on the 360 and the ball still has that horrible floaty look to it, unlike where in pes the ball spins in a natural fashion. Still a beautiful thing to see. :)

I'll be buying Fifa if the final release impresses me. I don't understand why you come on here bickering, trying to "get one over" on PES. It's a little bit sad don't you think?

I start suspecting that EA employs people to come to fora like this and tell bs about fifa being superior to PES. Fifa 2067 will be a product inferior to PES3. And by far................

The dude above is right, the ball still looks like the game is played on the moon and not on the earth. I mean magnetism should not the primary force that push the ball up and down.It looks like EA has never heard of gravitation.......... :Carlos*o: :Carlos*o:

I gave your video a chance. Ok, they boast some "nice" features and to be fair Ronaldinho's movement is a lot better than any past Fifa game. Granted that's not such a difficult feat. The ball is still terrible though and when he takes that shot in the first clip he seems to tap the ball but it travels like Roberto Carlos has taken a 20 yard run up to it!

They talk a good game down at EA, as I said the ball physics in PES are un-rivalled and because of that any kind of goal imaginable you're able to score. Where as Fifa is a just a series of scripted sequences. Oh and the nets look terrible.

How can you say that? On what is it based? On the EA presentation of theri own game??? Think again and wait to play it yourself before judging.

Less aracde than PES? You have to be kidding, claiming that PES plays arcade in comparison whith FIFA. I wonder if you ever played the game...

Let's not get that carried away with FIFA. It looks good, but wait for some proper media released on GT, Gamespot, IGN, etc.. The camera in that presentation was annoying, they kept focusing on the man talking rather than watching the 11 vs 11 match. It's kinda hard to tell..

Iam sorry to say but FIFA is sh*t the keepers are so dam crap its daft its also really annoying that the keepers know where your shooting before you have hit the ball they seem to still do it in the new version also shots are a laugh in FIFA 06 and world cup hope FIFA 07 is better also the strips are so low quality y dose EA not make them better the sponsors are to small for the strips and the damn blur they add to the game makes it look fuzzy now there is good points about FIFA they have all the right strips, balls, boots and music and the game looks good from a far.

Now PES looks good up close and far away also the keepers are top notch no sh*t with them the AI is good to there is some stuff that need fixed like the offside and presentation but the game play is where is best and I will always stick with PES (well untill i get a 360 that is then I will get PES 6) thats y i want the new FIFA to be like PES faster better keepers better shots better kits and al round better game play cos i cant afford a 360 the now so want a new footy game to play.

Graphics don't mater with PES its all about the game play and thats where FIFA lets us down year after year they just keep putting out the same game year after year with a few extras yeah PES is no spring chicken but its fuc*ing great better than FIFA any day thats y there is more PES gamers now than FIFA most people only get FIFA for the licenses not for the game play thats y i buy FIFA.

Now sorry if the truth hurts but if you wish to post in a PES part of the forum please play PES and then tell me if your a kid or a man if your shi* at PES and cant take it then your a kid cos you cant take a beating thats y you guys like FIFA better its way easier to win a game.
