About Mental Skills!!!

Hello guys!!!

I would like to make a question. In CM12, editing all those skills of players
there is a section named Mental Skills. In this section, there is some
subcategories like those below...

Mentall Skills
Potential
Consistency
Positioning
Tactical

I know very well the exact translation of those words, but I am not sure
what they mean in to the game. For example, what means that a player
have high or low potential???

Potential - the max a player can reach overall
Consistency - how often he will make the good play instead of the bad
Positioning - how often he will be in position
Tactical - how well the player will play inside the selected tactic
